UNIDIRECTIONAL (UD) FIBERGLASS – 655 g/m²
E-glass fiber composite reinforcement, unidirectional architecture, intended for structural applications requiring high flexural rigidity and reliable construction.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Unidirectional fabric composed of glass fibers oriented at 0°, reinforced by a weak 90° reinforcement and held together by a polyester binding thread.
Designed for ski and snowboard structures requiring an excellent compromise between stiffness, forgiveness, and durability.

TECHNICAL ADVICE – POSITIONING WITHIN A BUILDING
This fiber constitutes a high-reliability structural base for ski and snowboard constructions.
Main role
- Longitudinal rigidity (flex 0°)
- Structural stability
- Reliable building base
MATERIALS COMPARISON
- UD glass → reliable and tolerant structure
- UD Carbon → stiffer and more responsive
- Lin UD → more cushioning and progressive
TYPICAL USAGE
- Snowboard: ~600 g/m² top and bottom
- Ski: 600 to 900 g/m² depending on the program
