The IS 4400 base is an extruded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) base, ideal for shapers who want to showcase their board's design from below. Its transparency allows graphics, colors, and patterns to be seen directly through the base—a unique visual effect, a signature of the most meticulously crafted boards.
More accessible than sintered soles, it offers very good gliding properties for recreational, DIY or beginner use.

Maintenance & waxing
To maintain optimal glide, wax regularly while hot with a wax adapted to the conditions:
