OBSERVATIONS
- Precise positioning is required during assembly.
- Epoxy adhesive is strongly recommended for optimal adhesion.
- Adjust the insertion depth according to the chosen length
TECHNICAL ADVICE – INTEGRATION INTO A SANDWICH
The inserts must be integrated into a reinforced structural area in order to distribute the loads:
- wood core (paulownia, bamboo, mixed)
- fiber reinforcement (glass / carbon / flax)
- epoxy lamination
They constitute a concentrated point of charge, which must be properly isolated within the structure.
