You want to make your own Carbon Snowboard at a lower cost, with a shape and specifications that don't even exist on the market.

No need to be a composite expert. Good tools, a dedicated ventilated room and patience and you're an amateur shaper!!!

• Paulownia Snowboard Core (180 cm × 31.50 cm × 1.5)
• 2 x 2 meters of UD carbon fiber and biaxial carbon
• 2 finishes to choose from: polyester veil / linen taffeta / chestnut veneer / carbon twill
• 2 meters of sole color of your choice: translucent width 320 / yellow width 140 / fluorescent yellow width 110 / black is 4400 width 330 / black is 7500 width 340 the best quality of glide
• 750 gr of resin + 225 gr of hardener (translucent resin with high static and dynamic resistance)
• 2 sandblasted steel squares 190 cm
• 2 ABS edges in black, white, red, blue and fluorescent yellow to choose from
• 2 black anti-vibration rubber strips of 200 cm
• 20 snowboard inserts of 7.5 mm
