The raw material to make your pair of bamboo prestige wooden skis, easy to make:

There is no adjustment to be made, the bamboo is rot-proof and can act as an edge above the steel tile.

No need for ABS, cutting, profiling and pressing.

• 2 bamboo wood cores: 1800 x 160 x 1.5 cm density 490 kg/m³ weight of the 2 trays 4.5 kg
• Bamboo provides strength and flexibility with good composite responsiveness. Compression and impact resistance are excellent while maintaining good cushioning.
• 2 meters of sole color of your choice
• 4 sandblasted steel squares
• 950 gr of resin + 285 gr of hardener (translucent resin with high static and dynamic resistance)
• 4 meters of BIAXIAL fiberglass fabric +45/-45 – 300 gr/m2 – width 33 cm
• 4 meters of ROVING UD unidirectional fiberglass fabric 600 gr/m2 – width 37 cm
• 8 meters of VDS rubber tape – width 1.5 cm
• 2 meters top sheet finish of your choice
