    Usage steps<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    1. Preparing the mold<\/strong>
      Prepare your mold clean and ready to receive the materials (core, fibers, base, etc.).<\/li>\n
    2. Laying the layers<\/strong>
      Position your layering (resin + fibers + core) in the mold.<\/li>\n
    3. Adding the peel ply fabric<\/strong>
      Place it on top of your lamination to facilitate finishing after demolding.<\/li>\n
    4. Application of the micro-perforated film<\/strong>
      Add it on top of the peel ply to prevent the resin from seeping up into the upper layers.<\/li>\n
    5. Installation of drainage felt<\/strong>
      Position it over the entire unit to allow for even air circulation.<\/li>\n
    6. Installation of the tubular tarpaulin<\/strong>
      Slide the assembly into the tubular tarpaulin, then seal the ends using the sealant.<\/li>\n
    7. Connection to the vacuum system<\/strong>
      Install the plug on the tarpaulin, then connect the hose to your vacuum pump.<\/li>\n
    8. Vacuum sealing<\/strong>
      Start the pump and check for leaks. The tarpaulin should fit evenly around the mold.<\/li>\n
    9. Pressing time<\/strong>
      Maintain the vacuum throughout the entire polymerization time of the resin.<\/li>\n
    10. Demolding and finishing<\/strong>
