RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h4>

You have a 14 day deadline<\/strong> to exercise your right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the last item ordered. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the model withdrawal form, Return Exchange Form.<\/p>

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:<\/p>

Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.<\/p>

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are perishable goods, alcoholic beverages, personalized goods, inseparable goods, sensitive goods (hygiene), fully performed services, periodicals and magazines, audio or video recordings.<\/p>

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. Any shipment with postage due will be refused.<\/p>

Colissimo from La Poste allows you to return to a mailbox. To do this, you must pay postage for your package and request a mailbox delivery on the La Poste website. More information on mailbox returns here.<\/p>

WARRANTY, RETURN<\/h4>

Our products are guaranteed for two years after the invoice date. This guarantee is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of goods affected by a defect or lack of conformity.<\/p>

Legal guarantee of conformity:<\/p>

you have a period of two years from delivery of the goods to take action;
you can choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided for in article L 211-9 of the consumer code;
is exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during the 24 months following delivery of the goods. except for second-hand goods<\/p>

You may decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold within the meaning of article 1641 of the civil code and that in this case, you may choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the civil code.<\/p>

New items<\/strong> : Return possible within 15 days<\/p>

Any material that does not suit you will be taken back. You do not have to justify the return. The material must be strictly new and returned in its original packaging and in good condition within 14 days. In exchange for these returned items, you can either request an exchange, or receive a credit of the same amount valid for 1 year at Clone ind, or be reimbursed (shipping costs paid at the time of order included, corresponding to the cheapest standard shipping method).<\/p>

Attach a return or exchange slip to your return of new items. You can use the model withdrawal form, Return and Exchange Slip.<\/p>

Returns are free if you bring the product back to our Clone Workshop ind. If you want an exchange, remember to contact us first to be sure that the product you need is in stock.<\/p>

Items that have been used<\/strong><\/p>

Items are sold under the manufacturer's warranty only.<\/p>

Normal wear and tear during use is obviously excluded from this warranty. Items returned for repair or warranty claim must be clean and dry.<\/p>

Whether the items are new or not, enclose with the returned material an explanatory letter and the purchase invoice or a photocopy.<\/p>

Clone ind reserves the right to modify the range of models present on the site and the technical characteristics of the items offered.<\/p>

IN ADDITION, THE CONSUMER CODE PROVIDES FOR THE FOLLOWING OBLIGATIONS:<\/strong>
Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code provides, within the framework of the general obligation of pre-contractual information that "Before the consumer is bound by a contract for the sale of goods or the provision of services, the professional communicates to the consumer, in a legible and comprehensible manner, the following information: <\/em>The possibility of using a consumer mediator under the conditions provided for in Title 1 of Book VI."\u2022 Article L 223-2 provides that "When a professional is required to collect telephone data from a consumer, he informs him of his right to register on the list of opposition to telephone canvassing."<\/em><\/p>
